  • Lead projects and a team responsible for developing and maintaining online customer documentation and video tutorials for self-service and in-house resource libraries on CCAP hardware and software systems.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate effective staff practices for online training for CCAP systems via guides on script writing, audio recording, screen recording, editing, and captioning for video tutorial creation.
